This could easily mean it feels dirty (a synonym for wrong in this context) because prostitutes may be forced into the sex trade.

No, it really couldn't.

The reason why is also a better argument against the idea that the OP is calling prostitutes 'dirty' - the prostitutes are not considered in the equation at all.

It's all about the pure purity of only boning 'girls they care about'.

The prostitutes could be replaced with 'girls met at a bar', 'their friend's cute cousin who's visiting from abroad' or any other form of one night stand.

They're not calling sex workers, specifically, dirty - they're calling all casual sex dirty.
