google 'prosopagnosia' and take the test

some people have a harder time recognizing faces without relying on other distinguishing features, which makes it harder to enjoy/keep track of/care about people in LA shows and movies with a lot of white characters with similar hair, while cartoons usually have distinct-to-color-coded character models.

even if you don't struggle with it in your daily life, you might have a mild form of it.
