I want everyone to just stop existing for a little bit. I wouldn't have to deal with anyone and I wouldn't be afraid to leave my room. I don't want anyone to look at me right now and it's terrible. I know I'm distracting myself vie internet too.

If you can, get outside and talk a brisk walk. You'll still be alone, and the mild exercise helps with the stress and anxiety.
