Amazon has tons of cool baking stuff. If you don't already have them, maybe a good set of cake pans (loaf pans, muffin tins, pie pans, etc.) and some spatulas? Wilton is a decent brand, as is Chicago Metallic. With bakeware, you want sturdy stuff.

I've looked at their stuff but I don't know what would be good for beginners. I got a lot of basic stuff like rolling pins, pastry cutters, etc.

-- These are great for both baking and roasting vegetables/meat, very sturdy and don't buckle under high heat. Don't worry that they're not nonstick, because parchment paper makes a better nonstick surface that's easier to clean up, anyway.
