At this point the only other country I'd want to live in long-term is New Zealand. I trust them to have a lot of similar set-up to Australia, and hell, I can fly back to the homeland pretty quickly (3-hour flight out of Wellington, probably similar from Auckland too) if I need to visit Oz again.

I wouldn't mind taking a year or so in Britain, where I can explore the country and make quick trips into Europe for a bit of continental tourism, but I wouldn't wish to live there permanently. America is similar - I'd visit, maybe even for a year or more, but I wouldn't want to stay for life.
