Do they use the terms interchangeably, I wonder? Because I remember instances of the adults being called 'stallions' and 'mares'. Maybe the show writers don't know the difference. XD But I do, so this is how that silly term sounds to me. I do wish fandom would stop using it, but I hold out no hope for that!
