You know, I'm on an LJ like blogging site rn and I've noticed that the comms become less active and some people've started posting in twitter or tmblr style in recent years, and that many active comms are anon. So even if LJ's active the time's changed and online communication become different. If not Tmblr, then some other site'd have taken the place.
