News at 11, similar features exist within the human population! I don't think it's even that close of a match.

Yeah, it's close on skin/lip/hair color, but that's about it.

Even if you aren't bothered by the similarities it doesn't mean nobody else is.

Man, do I miss Michel Jackson. And his face. Really, even after plastic surgeries started happening, there was still a time where he was attractive, if very different from original. It just went way to far.

Say, what exactly are you missing about Michael Jackson? Curious.

Eh, except for the coloring, big eyes and kind of a fragile looking nose, they don't look alike. The noses aren't even very similar. And their facial expressiveness is quite different. Jackson's expressions are very pose-like and distancing.

I think she looks more like the Corpse Bride. Big eyes, small nose, big lips. I know she already had a bit part in a Tim Burton movie but I wouldn't be surprised if she became the lead in one.

I see it, OP. I love Jessica Jones but she could be related to MJ.

I don't see it, honestly. She has an upturned/snub nose, not an anime character nose. He looked fucking inhuman by the end and she very much looks like a normal person, just prettier than average

Other than being white, with shoulder length dark hair and a terrible nose job (Admittedly MJ's is slightly worse) I don't see it.

Legit one of the first things I noticed when I started seeing posts about the show on tumblr. Freaked me out. I think I'll end up watching it eventually anyway--I've heard good things--but it'll probably continue being weird for me. (As it happens, I do think I have a bit of prosopagnosia. Not full-blown--I recognize most people just fine--but sometimes when I'm watching something (or meeting real people) I can't keep them straight if they have, say, the same hair color and general face shape. Watching movies with more than 3 different generically attractive white dudes with brown hair is a real struggle.)
