Something Awful is probably my favorite? It's such a diverse userbase and there's a huge variety of topics. Outside of that, the only other forums/threaded chat places I use are F!S and Subeta. Unfortunately most of the forums and comms I browsed back in the day died after FB took off.

I occasionally browse 4chan and reddit as well, but 4chan is more hit and miss (especially in recent years now that all the old guard weirdos jumped ship) and I'm not very familiar with how reddit works or the posting etiquette/culture so I only lurk.
