Ethnicity... it's a mix of Latina but from the european-born-in-latin-america from my mom-s side, and Palestinian, from the catholic minority from my dad's side. I have arabic features but my skin is pretty white haha!

For your second question... mmmh, that's hard to answer, so lets say it's a mix of latino and arabic cultures. It's a weird mix, I guess?
