...do I respond and possibly get banned or report them to the mods and let them handle it? People have gotten in trouble for this kind of shit in the past but the post has been up long enough that I feel like if the mods were going to do anything about it they would've already.

Report them and hope something gets done about it. Asserting your opinion into it and starting a fight will only get you in trouble, and it's not really worth the bullshit.

Thanks. I reported it to a mod so I guess we'll see! I had a weird flashback to a forum I used to post on years ago with awful mods who'd ban people for reporting this kind of stuff so hopefully I don't get in trouble for it, but if I do, I guess that's just how it is.

It was tempting, but I ended up just reporting it to a mod. Reading it again, it became clear that those are the sorts of opinions that aren't easily changed. I think responding to their bullshit would ultimately be a waste of time.

Report 'em. If they don't do anything about it, well, at least you know your mods are shitty and can't be reliable.

Thanks, I did. I'm mildly afraid of being punished for reporting them like a forum I posted on ages ago used to do, but I suppose if I am, it's no big loss anyway. I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
