Or, and I know this is a totally wild idea!, TsukkiYama isn't a dynamic that draws in a lot of shippers while KuroTsukki is. Like, I'm always in for the potential snark when two snarky people get together and get to know each other, and also the mentor-mentee thing, but not for the besties since childhood.
