Too many people think being liberal means absolving oneself of all responsibility.

If you screw up, it's not your university's fault, it's not your boss's fault, it's not our parents' generation's fault. You screwed up, and blaming everyone else is proving everyone's point that our generation is entitled.

(Which I don't think is necessarily true. I do think if you slack off at work because The Machine Sucks and then complain that you got fired, you're very entitled.)
