I don't agree re: terrorists. Ideology can lead many mentally healthy people down a dark path. Just look at Nazi Germany.

But I do agree that there's a bigger link between mental illness and crime and violence. Poverty and addiction also happen more often to mentally ill people. I mean poverty, addiction and violence also cause mental illnesses, so mentally ill people are mostly the victims.
