???
Was there any mention of contact lenses in the show? Granted it's almost 10 years since I saw this

I'm only on episode 5 of season one, so I'm curious too. Lelouch is a bit of an asshat though, so far.

I never watched this, but I always thought Lelouche was supposed to be a total asshat. The very soul of asshattery.
I mean, remember when he was being called Ledouche?

XD The very soul of asshattery. Yep that's pretty true so far.

There are no contacts, secret maker is dumb.

But yes, he's an asshat and continues to be one for the rest of the series.

Um, there are contacts later in the series actually. I used to make CG AMVs so almost every scene of the show is burned into my mind. Not sure if that's specifically what OP is referring to, but maybe you should check your own sources before calling out people?

Eh, I forgot Lelouche couldn't turn his geass off, the series isn't exactly recent.

[personal profile] sachiko_san 2015-12-22 12:40 am (UTC)(link)
There are no contacts, when the geass appears in his eye, it's animated and only shows when he uses it anyway.

I'm pretty sure later when he can't turn the geass off he uses contact lenses so that he doesn't accidentally make people do things. But it's been ages so I'm not 100% certain.

He's given contact lenses later by the mystical non-human person, IIRC.
