fics that are exactly 100 words long because it's too pedantic and formulistic.

i've never seen a fic under 500 words do anything worthwhile TBQH. And I tend to like my fic on the shorter side.

Fun cracky fics can be, well, fun. Like a short dialogue piece or a fic starting with something like this: In a land Far Away lived Sherlock Holmes. I prefer long fics though.

Heh. I'm torn on this one: I like writing drabbles with 100 words exactly because I find it a nice exercise. But I don't particularly enjoy reading them.

haha, yeah it's pretty difficult. Btw it's a usefull skill for a journalist to write a piece for a set number of words.
