XMFC, because it's fandom totally overpowered and displaced the the fandom for the original X-Men films, and because its fucking fic writers keep slapping the comicverse tags on their movieverse fics. AO3 HAS SEPARATE COMICVERSE AND MOVIEVERSE TAGS FOR A REASON, YOU ASSHOLES. I have the same exact same beef with the BBC Sherlock fandom, btw. When I go into the ACD tag, it ain't because I'm looking for BBC fic.

I also hate the new Star Trek films, because they just don't feel like Star Trek to me. And STID was one of the worst films I've ever seen, and I regret every second I spent watching it. Unlike with XMFC and Sherlock though, I don't hate the nu!Trek fans BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE DECENCY TO KEEP THEIR FIC TO THE PROPER TAGS, AND DON'T FLOOD THE TOS TAG WITH SO MUCH REBOOT CRAP THAT IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ACTUAL TOS FIC.

Seriously though, fuck the XMFC fandom.

Tagging stuff like this bugs me so much. There are some people who tag their Hobbit movie fics with every single Tolkien tag. Including the Silmarillion tag. Pisses me off every time.
