Well apparently everyone thinks Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban movie was the best movie of all the Harry Potter movies and I hate that movie the most out of all of them. I hated what they did with the story, hated the visual style. Like its sad to me that Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix managed to be more faithful to it's book counterpart than the significantly shorter Prisoner of Azkaban. Although to be fair I watched the 3rd movie once and never watched it again. Like I hated it that much.

Like I get that things have to change for the movie to work but they cut out so much of the third that really hurt them with later installments. I also hated the sixth movie for removing most of Tom Riddle's memories which was the saving grace of the book for me, but that isn't an unpopular opinion. Still think Harry Potter should have been seven mini-series instead movies.

I don't think PoA was the best HP movie but it was worlds better than GoF. Though if I had to rank all eight movies it would still be in the bottom half.

I will never get over the fact that for some reason they decided to make werewolf!Lupin look like an overgrown rat. What the hell was that.

This, plus I hated what they did to Hermione and Ron's characterizations.

The problem is Alfonso Cuaron. He should not be allowed to adapt any book for the screen, ever, because he sucks at it.
