Any Republicans on FS? If so, who do you hope wins your primaries?

To open it up to more people since I'm guessing we don't have many Republicans here, if you had to vote in the Republican primaries, who would you vote for?

The fucked up thing about the Republican party is how widespread the support is for the policies that Trump and Cruz and people like them espouse

Frankly, it seems like at this point, that IS the Republican Party, even if a few of the party members don't want to admit it

I'm a republican in principal, but I can't vote for any of my guys this time.

As a democrat who would really hate to vote for Hillary, I can respect that

they're literally all terrible. usually, there's at least one person where it's like "okay, if we HAD to have a republican president then they'd be the best case scenario I guess" but good lord, we really have the bottom of the barrel this time around

If I HAD to pick someone from the Republican Party to vote for, it'd be Kasich, easily. Everyone else just scares me too much.

I'd vote for Rubio because he's handsome.

Democrat here. So if I had to vote, I'd vote for the female candidate (IDK her name even since they stopped talking about anyone but Trump) in the faint hope that she would represent my interests and not screw up life for me. I know it's false hope, but if I had a gun to my head (which I'm assuming is why I'd be voting in the republican primary), that's who I'd choose.

She's pro-life, hates PP, and all about God, so I don't know about that

Yeah, from what I've seen of her thus far, she makes Sarah Palin actually look comparatively tolerable. And that is no easy feat.

This attitude(of the AYRT) is what scares me about people who are voting for Hillary. I honest to God think they have to be putting on blinders as to what a complete shitbag she is and voting for her because she's a woman.

Yeah as I said, she'd be a last resort. Literally, vote for her, or death.

Now that I think about it, if I had a gun to my head to vote republican, death might be preferable.

Carly Fiorina. Personally, I think she'd be better as a cabinet member.

I doubt she'd be qualified for either. By all accounts she was an extremely bad CEO.

Kasich. I was rooting for Carson for a while, but he has disappointed me. He was supposed to defeat Trump, not make him stronger! So now all my hopes and dreams are pinned on Kasich.

He didn't seem that cray-cray in the beginning.

I don't agree with his ideas, but Kasich doesn't seem entirely nutso like the other ones

I hate him, but Christie isn't comparatively bad either
