Re: Your impressions of other countries

America isn't safe in daylight either, everyone is constantly on edge and ready to go into a full on fight over anything. It is simultaneously both the angriest place on Earth and the most scared place on Earth too. Everyone's fight/flight instinct is constantly on. That does not change from rural nowhere to deepest NYC either. America is full of scared and angry people ready to fight, and that is a scary thing for a girl from a relatively laid-back north European country to experience. I wouldn't want to go back until Americans go back to getting therapy and taking valium again.

That's just your fragile European entitlement to safety talking. You all learn America is a terrifying place, and that's good because it means you live in a nice safe place unlike us. But you never expect you might have to visit here one day. And when you do, you expect it to be terrifying, so you see what you expect. I used to wish I lived in Europe, but now I'm glad I can handle what you can't.

This is an exaggeration.

Hahahahaha. This sounds like the beginning of a great novel, but has nothing to do with America whatsover. You should definitely stay wherever it is you come from so us scary Americans don't get you.

Wow, and I think I went grocery shopping today like I do every week and managed not to get gunned down in the Costco parking lot. /pats self on the back
