Kickass Torrents is a good overall one. Nyaa can be good for finding anime/manga. Legit Torrents is good if you're looking for a place that works to ensure all uploaded material is legally free.

I usually use Kickass, but I wasn't sure about the newest domain for it, and I wasn't sure if it was still around.
