Hey, Sylar fangirl, a little more variety when it comes to secret design, please. It's a bit boring!

1. Hey, I know that feeling! Actually, I don't even need a fandom, I just need a couple of cool people to discuss it with! Like, only one or two would be enough.

2. Okay, my immediate reaction was "CHARGING for a rom translation?!" and then I checked the website... it's kind of underhanded, but yeah. "Beta version only available for donators, and I don't think I'll ever finish the translation so beta is all there'll be, and that's only available for donators, oh what are you going to do now", uh, no. I absolutely hate it when people make money off of something like that. Even if you are in need of money for whatever reason, it should just be a taboo to make a profit on something like that, on someone else's property, from fellow fans...

31. I like this story! I guess I just like reading other people's Kenshin-fan autobiographies... XD But I supported Misao and Aoshi from day one of my fan-life. :(

It's very underhanded. And it's sad to see just how determined he is to go about it that way.

If you're not with him in *any* way, you're simply a 'buttpirate' (in his words). He's battered around ideas to destroy your computer if you're not using a legit copy of the game- and while I'm against piracy, especially after a company as small as Falcom, I think that's no way to distribute malware or whatnot.

(That, and he considers the CD version of a game 'not legit' since it's too easy to pirate. And DVD versions aren't?)

That sounds like a mess.

Instead of playing with the thought of destroying your computer in case you don't have a legit copy of the game, why not play with thoughts of designing the patch so it only works with legit copies of the games...
And if there ARE two legal versions, and he only recognizes one as legit, then he's lost touch with reality.

Uh... That has to be sucky, if you really want to play the game. Else I'd just suggest you avoid the idiot. :/

Yeah. I'll have to agree on that former statement.

I think I'm more upset that people just worship the ground he walks on, despite all of this. :/ And since the fandom for Falcom games, let alone Ys, is so small, it's just a bit on the mildly irritating side.

I wish people could just see what the hell he's doing. :/
