21. Um, I got the entire series of Evangelion--legal copies!--for about $5 a disc. That's not overpriced. You just have to know where to buy and actually put some research into your purchases.

I checked the FAQs, and they ship internationally, but don't accept Paypal. They said that they DO accept Paypal's credit card, though, which takes funs from your paypal account...I don't understand how that works, but if you could get that, you can use it? I hope this works for you! Rightstuf actually isn't the cheapest store out there, but I've never had a problem with them, and they've got some great sales, too.
I actually bought the platinum singles, not the thinpack, but those are mostly sold out now. Still, the thinpacks only take out extras that you probably wouldn't be interested in anyway, and it includes the better sub translations, plus the reanimated scenes...and the price is about the same, I think.
