[Leonardo DiCaprio]

I think DiCaprio is one of those actors that, at least for me, has gotten more attractive as he's aged. Like, I could see why people were attracted to him before, but he was too baby-faced for me. Now he just looks fine.

I'm the opposite. He was sort of cute before, though not really my type. Now I think he looks strange. I just find baby-face features on older people weird looking.

Yea, mostly I agree. I know a lot of people feel differently, but as much as I can acknowledge that Titanic Leo was very pretty, he just looks wayyyyyy too young in that role. (Also...plainer. His face has more character as he ages.) It doesn't do anything for me.

I think I found him most attractive in Inception, and though I still haven't seen The Great Gatsby I thought he was gorgeous in the trailers.

Anyway, he's a talented actor, so though I don't know how he is as a person...I can understanding wanting to meet someone you admire.

Completely disagree. It might just be the creeper beards he's taken to growing and the hanging out with twenty year old models but, when I see him all I can think of is Creeeeep!

I could do without the beard. I'm just usually not attracted to young guys (Adam Driver seems to be the only exception at the moment). The same for women for that matter. My type has always been older.

+1

I first remember him being really popular when I was in middle school, around the time Titanic came out. All the girls fawned over him and I didn't think he was attractive at all.

But now... It's like he "filled out" as he got older and suddenly he got really hot?

That's sort of cute.

Why is this a secret? Is there something shameful about liking Leonardo DiCaprio?

Not OP

I'm guessing it's because they feel weird about having love for a celebrity that lasts 19 years? I know a lot of people get celebrity crushes that turn out to be passing phases, so I'd see loving the same celebrity for nearly two decades as something much bigger than that.

I don't really find it creepy or shameful, but can understand why it would be considered a bigger deal than just seeing it as another typical celebrity crush.

Hope you meet him. Don't see how this is a secret though.

Me, too, OP.
