Yeah, that's actually hilarious. People above me can get the sticks out their asses.

Who did the art? I've never seen HP Genderswap art so good.

Yeah, it is really funny. Like...people do know that many black people make fun of naming conventions in the black community. They've obviously never seen a Tyler Perry movie.

Tyler Perry is a hack.

(Anonymous) 2015-12-25 12:13 am (UTC)(link)
Making fun of the naming conventions isn't the part that I dislike

the dialogue below, whether or not it's racist, is really stilted and unfunny and bad

Were you expecting Oscar winning writing?

(Anonymous) 2015-12-25 12:16 am (UTC)(link)
unfunny and shit is unfunny and shit, man

(Anonymous) 2015-12-25 12:16 am (UTC)(link)
i'd like to actually laugh, y'know

(Anonymous) 2015-12-25 02:02 am (UTC)(link)
Hey, that is comedy for you. It has roots in truth and nobody is immune from it.

(Anonymous) 2015-12-25 10:12 am (UTC)(link)
tyler perry is an uncle tom, maybe you should find a better example

(Anonymous) 2015-12-25 12:13 am (UTC)(link)
I know people who talk like that IRL. It made me laugh because it reminded me of them.

(Anonymous) 2015-12-25 02:05 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah, girls in my middle school talked like that too. How is dialect offensive?
New Yorkers, Bostonians, and people from New Jersey have this brash and sassy way of speaking as well, would those also be offensive?
