High-end-of-the-middle department store with a very, very liberal return policy. We're bracing for a human avalanche; the store has already scheduled an entire crew just to keep sellable returned items flowing back the the shelves all weekend. And I get to be on the front lines, calmly explaining to a thousand people that, yes, that ridiculously low price is really all I'm allowed to give you back if you don't have a receipt.
