I can finally shout it from the rooftops instead of innocently whistling:

I got a Finalist nod at Writers of the Future. I got the call on Dec. 7 and have been sitting on it until Joni finally gave me the okay today.

If I win with this story I will laugh so. Very. Hard.

I've got 2 drabbles to write and a Star Wars fic someone requested. Then I'll probably so some fandom stocking fills. Then I'll finally get back to my favorite project, my Mairon fantasy fic that I've let go for far too long. 4 half written chapters need to be finished.
