Ton Heukels (he's a model, so I don't know about acting, but he's so much physically what I picture that I haven't been able to let go of this idea since someone suggested it) or Stewart Townsend circa Queen of the Damned for Silmarillion Sauron.

Roman Reigns or Jason Mamoa for Melkor.

Tom Hiddleston as Celebrimbor.

Fassbender as Ar-Pharazon.

Those are the only ones I'm set on. I've seen other ideas floating around for other characters, but none of them have stuck with me as much.
