The stories aren't specifically about being old, often age is addressed but they are still typical action oriented stories.

There are also plenty of films where age isn't even addressed, take a look at Harrison Ford's filmography. Also take a lot at almost any film where the lead actor is 20-30 years older then his love interest/lead actress.
