She doesn't seem very normal to me. Or witty for that matter. She's the kind of person that in real life I can't stand. Even though Jane is super smart, I still think she's more relative than Darcy. But I guess other people must see something in Darcy I don't.

I'm sort of the same. Jane could definitely outsmart me in in the science, but she seems more like a person I could have a pleasant conversation with.

I can see why she is relatable because she reminds me of a lot of girls I know. Ditzy, facebook obsessed, meme lover, always with cellphone in hand, etc.
