... have your cousins tried to stop him? How old is he? Someone really needs to teach him how to respect animals. :/

Everyone has been stopping him whenever he tries to hit her, and my dog just walks away whenever she sees him or simply hides from him. Thankfully my dog follows me around so whenever he's near I'm able to stop him and tell him no. His parents also take him away but he always comes back for more. :I

How old is he? They may want to look into that, depending on the age... does he do other things like that?

Oh, he's still a baby, almost two years old. But it seems he really enjoys screaming and throwing things at my dog.

Oh, okay. As long as this isn't, like, a seven year old.

Still sounds like they've got a brat on their hands, though, which sucks for everyone involved. Hopefully it's something he grows out of. :/
