Terry Richardson. Loads of models have come forward talking about the rapes and sexual abuses he's committed, but because they're nude models no-one cares. Also that Annie Leibovitz has a reputation in the industry as being pushy in getting models to go further than their levels.

While I agree that Terry Richardson is an absolute skeeve, she was not "made to shoot" with Terry. She's had more than one photo shoot with him, all relatively recently, after she reinvented her image. I'm kind of surprised you think that she hasn't remade her own image and that she's somehow being forced into it - at least, that's the way your comment reads.
