Best and Worst conspiracy theories.

What are the best and worst conspiracy theories you've ever heard?

Zeitgeist, just.... Zeitgeist. I had a good laugh while watching those movies.

Slacker (1991) has a bunch of rambling conspiracy theorists in it.

Worst? The flat earthers. Whatever their tin hatted feelings towards NASA, the Earth's size and shape has been supported by many, many people well before the first heads of NASA were born.

Best? The really ridiculous gay agenda conspiracy theories. They tend to make me laugh.

there is no such thing as a gay agenda. You can't even get three gay guys to agree on what movie to go see.

Ben Carson's ideas about the pyramids. Mainly because it offends me that he's an Adventist.

I don't know the best, but the worst are the people who think folks who were injured or killed in various accidents or incidents are paid actors. I swear I saw one once claiming a man who was photographed with his leg blown off was just faking.

Most recently, the Sandy Hook one has been one of the worst. "OMG the KIDS ARE ALIVE IT WAS STAGED. The DAD WAS LAUGHING BEFORE HE WENT ON CAMERA he is IN ON IT!!!!!!" And then the harassment. Motherfucker, a bunch of people were massacred because of an unstable individual, armed and dangerous, shot up a damn school. How would you like it if your child was one of the victims? How would you like it if some stupid conspiracy theorist asshole with no sense of tact or human decency started spouting bullshit about how your kid's murder was staged, and thought it find to harass you BECAUSE OMG, YOU ARE OBVIOUSLY IN ON IT AND ARE LYING AND OWE THE PUBLIC TO TELL THE TRUTHS.

Another theory that keeps popping up is the one about "Faul" McCartney. I can't say whether it's the worst or the best, but I can't fault the person who started for lack of creativity. You know that one, the theory that claims the REAL Paul McCartney died in a car crash back in the 60s and so they replaced him with this one dude hoping no one would notice the difference. I just love their evidence of comparing the pics of young "real" Paul to current pics of the generations-older "Faul," because according to them, faces and shit never change. Sadly, it's got at least one of my friends seriously considering it.

I do kind of get a kick out of the McCartney conspiracy theorists. It's kind of up there with all those "Elvis is really alive" theories and the like.

I'd like to make all those Sandy Hook conspiracy theorists walk on very very painful legos.
