I cannot claim to speak for the other disciples of Sappho who have regrettably had first encounters of the moe kind, but in my particular case there is no doubt that anime was the cause of my conversion to homosexuality at a young age. If only I hadn't watched three episodes of Pokemon and half a season of Yu-Gi-Oh as a child! I was innocent! Never, in all her wildest dreams, would my eight year old self have imagined the fate that awaited her, as she sat and observed as a spikey-haired fictional teenage boy saved the wold time and time again with only his loyal friends and the power of a children's card game to assist him. I had no way of knowing that any contact, however brief, with those accursed Japanese cartoons would have resulted in what they did - I never would have dreamed that the furry yellow face of Pikachu would be my downfall; the genesis of my gradual metamorphosis into a bona fide lavender menace with an insatiable hunger for the vaginas of my fellow womyn; forever doomed to objectify my oppressed sisters with my ungodly lust for their sinfully wondrous feminine physiques! Oh woe, woe is me! Alas, alack!
