She canonnically has brown hair and brown eyes. No mention was made of skin color.

Except her white face. So unless she is an albino with none of the other albino characteristics...

She's also mentioned as being unusually brown after coming back tanned from the south of France. Doesn't sound like she's usually very dark.

In the British climate some people of African descent do pale out a little and can become noticeably browner again if they go abroad t somewhere there is sun. We're not talking the same extent white folks do, and it depends on how black they are (there are different grades of brown in black folks), but for some people it does happen.

I was at summer camp with a kid of African descent once upon a time, and by the end of six weeks he had a noticeable "farmer's tan."

"bloodless face" okay
I have never seen a black character, regardless of their emotional state, as being "white faced" idiomatically, mostly because it would be stupid and counter-intuitive. Your argument is weak.
