I don't think age has anything to do with it. Most people on tumblr are 14-29 demographic and I see complaining about tumblr all the time from tumblr users. It doesn't seem like a fun experience for anyone.

I'm 17 and I've had my tumblr for three years and it was okay at first, but now it's become a hellhole no matter what fandom I'm currently most active in. I already see the flaw is people having to share tags and anyone can post anything they want in whatever tag. Also the ability to send anon messages. Then there is the fact there is no real community feeling since you can only reblog from one person, there is no group feel. No way for actual discussion with multiple peoples input.

If you are 17 now, then you being on the internet at all 3 years ago was part of the problem. The internet should be kept for college age and above, like it used to be.

NAYRT, but the there was definitely an upside to an internet which had a little more gatekeeping and a higher bar to entrance.

LULZ, I was on the internet in 1994, before there were even rules about children on the internet.
