Of course you can say it's wrong. That doesn't automatically make other peoples' choices wrong, but we're certainly allowed to look at someone's choices and think, "Damn, that's a stupid/awful choice."

By way of an extreme example, would you look at a 50 year old dating a 13 year old and say, "Well, that's not my point of view, but I don't think I can say that it's wrong"?
