Wow, OP. :( I'm sorry you had to go through that. Your girlfriend should've just told you what was going on.

I guess the only good thing to come out of this situation is that she did break up with you, rather then staying with you and seeing this other person as well.

Hopefully the talk will die down soon so you aren't put into a position where you're focused on it.

That, or maybe it would be best to take a break from this fandom (just for the meantime).

I have tried to limit my exposure to it, blacklisting the post and so forth. I'm hoping that keeping myself busy will distract me.
