Everyone asking for context: Intentionally cutting of a mans penis out of anger, frustration, revenge or spite. Not counting accidents, I'm talking about taking a dick and slicing it clean off.

If they're intentionally going for the penis in order to fuck up the person's sex life, yeah

If they're stabbing in a fury with a knife and happen to get the penis, questionable

Weirder shit has happened in fights where people are grabbing and trying to hurt anything they can reach
