I think the chronically homeless that refuse help (be that shelter or help for their addictions) should be rounded up and shipped out to rural Idaho or something and put to work on a farm. Fucking useless assholes stealing people's things and shitting on the sidewalks. Not to mention all the used needles just sort of lying all over the place. Get the fuck out my city.
