Also you manipulate the url on other people's blog so you have a save point, so to speak.

You can turn it off for your dashboard too. Unfortunately, it doesn't turn it off for the search pages. As for the blog thing, it depends on the theme, really.

Which reminds me, shitty tumblr themes. Too small font sizes, custom cursors, ugly, unreadable color schemes, the list goes on...
