WE GET IT! You think he's hot/cool. But I couldn't stand him in the show, fandom made me like him less, and you're making me want to go and stab him (the character). KNOCK IT OFF, TROLL!
9. Ooh, I love that background. Where's it from?
I hate having to be "nice" in reviews, because in RL critiques, we often rip each other to shreds. But nicely. I don't know why I don't critique more honestly in fic, but if you want more sincer comments, maybe say so in the AN? (And pop me a link, maybe? If I know, I'll be more sincere, promise.)
10. Yeah. Caine's Alfred was totally sexier than Batman. But then, I don't think it matters who plays him, I'll never find batman sexy. Ridiculously cool, yes. But never sexy.
13. Aw. See, I like the RomanaII/Doctor relationship a lot, even though I've only seen a few clips of them (but darn it, the chemistry just leaps off the screen), but I stand by the whole "doesn't have to be just one." Seriously, he's 900+ years old (oh Doctor, stop lying about your age alread. It's like "turning 39 again!"). I think Romana was absolutely the right one for him at the time, but I figure the relationship played its course for them. Rose was the right one for Nine.
But bless, they are so adorable. Scarf-sharing FTW.
22. I think I know who you are. It's a guess, but I'm going by the chips (and the rest of the evidence offered). If you're who I think you are, then I'm someone else who absolutely loves your comic--I think it's pure genius, and its inspired me to dig deeper into the whole fandom. I'm so glad you're doing it, and I'm so sorry you're feeling the way you are now. I don't have anything helpful to say, but I hope you feel better about it.
33. I don't RP but I can see why people might use someone other than Helena. Not that she wasn't good, but really, if I were doing something with a photo, I'd probably use someone other than most of the cast.

68. I like Ianto a lot, but I hate the Ianto/Jack relationship. It does no favours for his character, and basically means that the only "development" he'll get is "crushing on Jack" development. Lame.
74. There is one huge element that keeps me from enjoying the show and often makes me have to leave the room. But there's another element that makes me keep watching, dangit.
80. Dude, I don't even like slash and I can't take them off. Darn you, fandom!!!
