All I really got when I was a kid were the comic books, and I still have those. I've got a couple of Bartmans and one where everyone in Springfield gets superpowers, and I think I wrote my first fanfic based on that comic when I was six or so. Ah, Simpsons, my first fandom before I even knew what fandom was...

OMG, if you do, pls link! ♥ I would so love to read it! There don't seem to be too many Lisa/Colin fans and it makes me sad. :(

You know, I feel like I've had this conversation before. I think you may have commented on one of my Simpsons secrets a few months ago because I'm getting major deja vu here XD

Yep, I'm pretty sure The Simpsons was my first fandom too. I was born two years before their shorts first aired on the Tracy Ullman show, so it feels like they've been on forever. I mean, if I got a little sniffly when Friends and Frasier ended, I will likely bawl like a baby when The Simpsons finally ends (hopefully that'll never happen ;__;)

And yes, I'll definitely link you too it when I finish it! You can tell me what you think :D

Oh my god, I know what you mean. I was born the year before it actually became a series, so it's something I've grown up with. I can't imagine a life without Simpsons, no matter how bad the seasons get. I seriously won't know what to do with myself if (no, I'm not gonna say when) the series finally ends and Sundays are dead to me. ;__;

And yay! I look forward to it! ^_^
