I feel your pain about not arguing well. I hate how not being able to articulate exactly how you feel in the exact moment makes people think you're stupid sometimes. :( It feels wrong, like whoever has the best arguing skills wins.

Have you read Quiet: The Power of Introverts? It was immensely useful to me, to at least understand some of this stuff even if I couldn't change everything about a) myself or b) everyone else. :)
