All Quiet On The Western Front, obviously.

I think A Bridge Too Far is an underrated gem.

Lawrence of Arabia, naturally.

Bridge On The River Kwai.

...huh. I guess you and I get our data from different sources. Glad to hear there's a vocal contingent out there in favor of That Movie Where Every White Guy Who Was Famous In 1977 Joins A Team To ALMOST Defeat The Nazis.

Bridge on the River Kwai should never have been made, it was a betrayal of everything the war in the eastern colonies was ever against.

This isn't an opinion I've ever heard before. Would you mind clarifying?

It just validates everything the Japanese Imperial Army claimed during the war, it is practically an endorsement for everything they did.

That's not what I got from it at all. How did you get that it was an endorsement of what they did?

The Imperial Japanese Forces claimed that British people were no different from Coolies, failure to eradicate that claim post-war is what cost us the colonies. That movie, and those like it, ought never have been made. The capitulation of Singapore was a disgrace which ought to have been buried deep in the history books. Now we have Orientals taking over the world and my parents had to carry a passport when visiting India for the last years of their life. That broke their heart to have that happen to them.

Ah, so you're a racist, idiotic troll. Good to know.
