Plus, there are some YA books that I would consider worthy of an M rating - usually books that are designed to address mature topics in a responsible and constructive manner. Just because they're in the YA section doesn't mean they can't also contain some very mature subject matter, and were those books to be assigned a specific rating I would say the M rating would often be applicable.
