That's funny, because I'm the opposite. Books are a very personal and immersive thing for me, so I end up crying at any book with an even slightly sad thing. But sad movies, games, comics, tv shows, etc. tend to have less of an extreme effect on me; I've cried at a couple, but they barely add up to even a fifth of all the books I've cried at.
