The man is damn near pushing 80. No idea about his health, but even if he gets sent to jail, it won't be long, whether due to his age or whatever special treatment he can buy.

At this point, I think the best we can hope for is that when the trial is over, everyone in the world will hate his guts, he'll lose all his reliable connections, and he'll be shunned and blacklisted from everything. Oh, and that he'll be broke as hell.

But the main thing is that people learn from this, don't be so trusting of an actor just because of some good guy role model he plays on TV, or pure and righteous image he likes to present to the world, especially if he's being a shitty hypocrite the rest of the time. Whether he's playing like a bachelor while supposedly in a monogamous relationship, or calling out others on their classless behavior while he slips his dick into the mouths of women he drugged, I hope people know to NOT get close to someone like this. And if they know someone like this, to not cover up or enable the behavior.

It really sucks, because Cosby did contribute a lot of great things to the entertainment industry, and was an inspiration to plenty of people.
