That doesn't sound terribly healthy, but as long as you're sure your body can handle that sort of yo yo dieting and you don't care if the weight comes back, then it's probably possible. Cut out all refined carbs and sugar. No artificial sweeteners, either. You'll need to eat a lot of vegetables (corn, potatoes and carrots do not count and should be treated as a carbohydrate). Look into lean proteins like chicken breast, lean pork, tofu, beans and legumes. Also look into "green" smoothies for at least one meal per day, breakfast is usually most peoples' pick. You're probably going to be hungry, like, a LOT, so I hope you can deal with that.

Start exercising daily for at least half an hour. More if you can do it. Walking is fine to start, but you can do something more strenuous if you feel up to it.

Yoyo-ing with it isn't healthy, but 10 pounds a month, or just over 2 pounds per week is just shy of the typical "ur doin' wrong" standards. Now, whether it's realistic is another story.
