I sometimes wonder the opposite, like if people who complain about common fandom occurrences are super young and haven't been to exposed to everything that is fandom yet. Like for example, people who think it's *shocking* that there is porn of everything.

There are some old crotchety people like me who hate some new things, but a lot of stuff I can't even be bothered to care about because fandom is just as batshit as it's always been.
